7 STEPS TO ARRIVING AND REMAINING AT A HEALTHY WEIGHT
I wrote this guide for all the people who wake up every day feeling just as tired as when they went to bed, the ones who feel under the weather regularly, and the people who commit the self-defeating act of looking in the mirror and not liking who they see. Often, most people suffer from all three.
I went through a thirty-year evolution by trial and error with health, nutrition, weight management, and fitness. I had always had difficulties maintaining a nutritious lifestyle and a healthy weight. It frequently took the edge off my confidence, and even when I felt I was looking how I wanted to look, I wasn’t feeling very good for long, as I knew they were ill gotten losses, and they would have to be paid back and with interest.
After I finally accepted that “diets” not only don’t work, but compound the problem and often introduce new ones, I turned my attention to health. I gradually implemented a process outlined in Lose the Diets, Lose The Weight.
This led to getting healthier and feeling better, I also received a miraculous side effect, I began heading towards a healthy weight without needing willpower. I dropped thirty-five pounds in four months and have remained there effortlessly.
I wanted to share these simple yet effective findings of good health for both mind and body. It is in the hopes that it will assist you towards leading a healthier and happier life.
